Omilon er en ledende aktør innen talegjenkjenning og klinisk dokumentasjon med virksomhet i Norge, Sverige og Danmark. Selskapet har 70 ansatte totalt, hvorav 21 i Norge.
Omilon styrker sin økonomifunksjon og søker en FP&A Analyst som vil ha en nøkkelrolle i selskapets performance management. Stillingen kombinerer analyse, forretningsstøtte og kontinuerlig forbedring av prosesser og systemer. Rollen er operativ og bred, med løpende samarbeid mot ledelse, kommersielle team og leveranseorganisasjonen. Rollen rapporterer til CFO.
Ansvarsområder:
- Utvikle og vedlikeholde KPI-er og marginanalyser
- Rapportere og følge opp nøkkeltall, inkludert ARR, GRR/NRR, churn og andre SaaS-metrikker
- Delta og bidra i salgs- og business reviews
- Pipeline-analyser og løpende innsikt til strategiske beslutninger
- Optimalisere og utvikle finansielle modeller og rapporteringsprosesser
- Bidra til forbedring, automatisering og effektivisering av prosesser knyttet til systembruk
- Implementere verktøy og integrasjoner som understøtter vekst og kontroll
Kvalifikasjoner
- Bachelor eller master innen økonomi, finans eller industriell økonomi
- Erfaring fra FP&A, controlling eller konsulentmiljø
- Svært god Excel-kompetanse samt erfaring med modellering og BI-verktøy (f.eks. Power BI)
- Analytisk, strukturert og fortrolig med komplekse problemstillinger og datainnsikt
Personlige egenskaper

- Evne til å jobbe detaljorientert og samtidig løfte blikket
- Strukturert, systematisk og initiativrik
