We were established in 2014, and currently have offices in Norway and Sweden. We have extensive experience in recruiting for all the largest cities in Scandinavia, as well as surveying Nordic candidates abroad.

Each year, we assist a wide range of businesses - from listed companies and investment communities to the public sector - with over 200 recruitment processes as well as board evaluations and executive assessments. We also have more than 70 consultants out in interim roles with our clients.

In 2024, Ascender became part of Aider, which has given us new opportunities to create value through interdisciplinary collaboration. Together, we offer a broader range of services and an even stronger platform for growth and development for both clients and candidates.

We are a team of 23 dedicated advisors with backgrounds in operational management, organisational psychology and specialist roles in the business world. Our combined expertise enables us to understand the needs of different industries and offer targeted processes — both in management recruitment, professional and specialist recruitment as well as interim recruitment.
