På vegne av SINTEF søker vi en person som skal lede videreføringen av SINTEF sin lange erfaring med å skape store verdier og vekstkraftige bedrifter fra forskning på dyp teknologi.
Du vil være CEO for SINTEF TTO – SINTEF sitt kommersialiseringsselskap. Og da lede arbeidet med å bygge morgendagens vinnerselskaper. Med utgangspunkt i all forskingsaktivitet i SINTEF vil arbeidet ditt være å bygge selskaper som leverer banebrytende teknologi for et bedre samfunn.
Vi ser etter deg med sterk interesse for teknologi, innovasjon og forskning – og et ønske om å skape verdier som gjør en forskjell for samfunnet.
Vedkommende vil ha ansvaret for verdiskapingen i SINTEF TTO og den langsiktige strategiske utviklingen av selskapet i tillegg til dag-til-dag operative gjøremål. Den rette kandidaten vil tiltrekke seg positiv oppmerksomhet og være en nøkkelressurs i kapitalinnhentingen i forbindelse med opprettelsen av nye fond.
Den ideelle kandidaten bringer med seg toppledererfaring, ekspertise innen kapitalforvaltning og selskapsutvikling og har et relevant investornettverk. Riktig kandidat vil utvikle tette og gode relasjoner til forskningsmiljøene i SINTEF og være en solid bidragsyter i konsernledergruppen til SINTEF.
Kandidaten er godt kjent med de strategiske, taktiske og operasjonelle problemstillingene og mulighetene såkorn- og tidligfasefond står overfor, og har god innsikt i hvordan man best kan skape verdi gjennom aktivt eierskap.
Kvalifikasjoner og bakgrunn
- Erfaring med aktivt eierskap, gjerne fra Venture Capital, Corporate Venture, gründer-virksomhet eller aktive eiermiljøer
- Erfaring med selskapsbygging, gjerne fra gründer-virksomhet, operative roller i større selskaper eller fra styreposisjon
- Solid erfaring med alle faser av investeringssyklusen
- Relevant nettverk og erfaring med investorkontakt/-arbeid
- Ledererfaring og erfaring med å utvikle mennesker
