Natalie Mardal is a Consultant at Ascender. Natalie has experience as a project manager and project associate, including with candidate dialogue, candidate management and project execution in a wide range of roles and industries.
Natalie holds a master's degree in Management and Organizational Psychology from BI School of Economics in Oslo. Alongside her studies, Natalie has worked part-time as a Recruitment Assistant and Researcher in the recruitment company Solér Executive. She is additionally certified in the field of AON's personality, ability and skill tests.
