The law industry is developing rapidly — and we at Brækhus have the ambition to be at the forefront. In order to be successful, we must both perform well in the bidding and tender processes, and at the same time deliver high-quality visual material.
Now we are looking for a Bid Manager who will have a key role in professionalizing our work with offers and tenders. You will have responsibility for ensuring structure and quality throughout the process — from coordination and planning to completion and delivery. In addition, you will act as an internal consultant, helping to strengthen and further develop Brækhus' digital presence in social media.
With us, you will have a diverse role in which you will be both structured and capable of delivery — but also creative, curious and enterprising. You will work closely with lawyers, partners and support functions to make sure we appear professional, clear and attractive in the face of clients and the market.
Key tasks:
- Lead and coordinate bidding and tendering processes from start to delivery
- Structuring and quality-assuring the text and content of tender documents in cooperation with lawyers and partners
- Design and improve visual materials such as presentations, templates and customer documentation
- Produce and adapt content and materials for social media
- Explore new ways to reach talent and customers — e.g. students and future employees
- Have overall responsibility for the construction, organization and maintenance of template archives, as well as contribute to the continuous improvement of content, processes and materials
- Coordinate Firm Submissions to National and International Lawyer Rankings
Desired qualifications and personal qualities:
- Relevant higher education in communication, marketing, economics, administration or design. Relevant operational experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- Experience from bid/tender work, marketing or a similar role in a consulting environment
- Ability to drive processes forward and collaborate well with others
- Good IT skills, especially in PowerPoint
- Interest and/or experience in graphic design and visual communication
- Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English
