Elkraft AS is an established company in the liberalized power market, founded in 1992. We provide energy solutions and consulting with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency and customised solutions. With around 110 employees spread across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, a turnover of 3 billion, and ambitious growth targets, we are ahead of an exciting development.

We are now looking for a administrative manager who will have overall responsibility for our administrative functions in Norway. The role combines daily operational presence with strategic development work, giving you great influence on how we structure and further develop the support functions of a growing company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and further develop administrative functions (finance, back office, IT and systems)
  • Budget, reporting and internal control
  • Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of ISO certification
  • Drive process improvements and digitisation
  • Be a hands-on leader who also helps develop structure for further growth

The team
You will be responsible for about 10 employees divided into three areas:

  • Economics: 5 employees, led by an experienced CFO
  • Back office: 3 employees (planned growth), responsible for customer dialogue and sales support
  • IT and system: 2 employees with high competence and independence

Close cooperation with the sales department and technical department will be essential to ensure efficient operation and interaction.

  • Higher education in economics or administration
  • Experience from economics/administration, preferably combined with systems expertise
  • Leadership experience or ambition to take a leadership role
  • Ability to combine operational work with strategic development
  • Structured, relationship-strong and development-oriented
  • Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
