Women's football is growing like never before, and Brann Kvinner are pioneers both on and off the field, with record high attendance figures and a commitment no other can match in Norway.
Now we are looking for a sales and marketing manager who will help build on our success and make Fire Women even stronger, more resilient and visible.
This is the job for those who have a strong commitment to football, enjoy building relationships and are triggered by creating results. With us you get the opportunity to combine sales, markets and events in a club that means a lot — for Bergen, its partners and women's football.
Your main task is:
- Follow up and further develop the club's partners
- Work towards new partners and contribute to growth in the sponsorship and private market
- Develop concepts and activities that add value to partners and strengthen club revenue
- Planning and implementing events that create engagement and good experiences
- Be a visible and good representative of Fire Women in the market
Who are you?
- You are passionate about women's football and want to be part of the development we are in
- You have experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably with a B2B background
- You are energetic, outgoing and good at building relationships
- You are structured, like to have an overview and abilities to carry out processes from start to finish
- You are purposeful, see opportunities and are triggered by creating results
