On behalf of the AndvordGruppen, A tradition-rich and family-owned investment and real estate group, we are seeking an operational and analytical CFO.
As CFO, you get an important position in a well-run group with a long-term perspective, strong capital base and clear values. The position involves varied operational tasks, with the opportunity to contribute to the Group's development.
AndvordGruppen AS is currently organized as a Group with 3 different business areas. Property management and development in Andvord Eiendom AS, industrial investment activities in Andvord Invest AS and financial investment activities in Andvord AS.
Andvord is located in Nedre Vollgate 5 in central Oslo.
Key tasks will include:
- Total responsibility for the Group's financial, accounting and payroll functions
- Ensure correct and timely financial and management information to management and board
- Budgeting processes, analyses and profitability assessments
- Consolidated financial statements, annual accounts, tax reports and contact with the auditor
- Liquidity management, financing and dialogue with banks
- Further development of management tools and financial processes
- Active role in M&A processes — from analysis and due diligence to implementation and integration
- Business support and strategic sparring across the Group's business areas
- Possible directorships in subsidiaries
Desired qualifications:
- Higher relevant education in economics/finance
- Solid experience in a broad finance role, audit or CFO/CFO position
- Good understanding of accounting, tax, finance and corporate structure
- Experience in M&A and due diligence
- Analytical and operational, with the ability to see opportunities for improvement
- Very good oral and written skills in Norwegian
