Our process
Our interim process ensures quick access to qualified candidates when the need arises. We continuously survey new candidates to have an up-to-date picture of available expertise. When a customer makes contact, we search our database for relevant candidates and present a carefully selected list within a couple of days. The customer meets the candidates they want, either via Teams or in physical interviews, often in one to two rounds. Once a candidate is selected, we conduct a reference and any background check, before handling the offer process between customer and candidate. The process from request to start-up varies, but we find that it can be from one to four weeks. We follow up both customer and candidate after start-up to ensure a successful cooperation.
