Einar Mæle is a Consultant at Ascender. Einar has extensive experience as a project manager for a wide range of recruitments, including complex and heavier roles in various industries.
Einar holds a master's degree in entrepreneurship and innovation from BI Business School. In addition to his studies, Einar has worked part-time in the staffing and recruitment industry in Stavanger. Einar has also had an internship in business development, strategy and innovation in a startup, as well as the industrial group Lyse.
