Key areas of work:

  • Conduct research and identify relevant candidates (“search”)
  • Proactively contact and engage relevant candidates
  • Have close dialogue with clients and candidates, including planning and coordinating meetings and interviews
  • Conduct market research and analysis of companies, industries and roles
  • Participate in interviews and contribute to the assessment of candidates
  • Participate in client meetings and present candidates in collaboration with the assignment team
  • Ensure good information flow and structured documentation throughout the process
  • Assist in quality assurance and preparation of presentations, reports and other visual materials

We are looking for you who complete your master's degree in spring 2026, or who have a few years of relevant work experience. If you also have an interest in or experience in the financial or consulting industry, it is particularly relevant to us. However, we are open to different backgrounds. If you have operational experience that you would like to use in a recruitment context, we would also like to hear from you.

We have extensive experience in recruiting for all the largest cities in Scandinavia, as well as surveying Nordic candidates abroad.

Every year, Devet assists a wide range of businesses — from listed and privately owned players to growth companies. In addition, we are specialists and Norway's leading recruitment company in recruiting for Private Equity, Family Office and other ownership environments — both for their organizations and portfolio companies.

We are a multidisciplinary team of 23 advisors representing a broad range of expertise acquired through previous operational leadership and specialist roles, combined with a solid professional background in organisational psychology. Furthermore, we have over 70 hired consultants for various assignments.

We have continued the working methodology and process approach from the professional industry, which makes us excellent advisors and valuable sparring partners for our clients and candidates. We are committed to delivering quality in all processes, creating value and good results.

Annually, we conduct over 200 recruitments as well as board evaluations, board recruitments and Management Assessment for a wide range of our clients. In the spring of 2024, we were acquired by Aider and we work closely with our colleagues in Aider in several of our service areas.
