Key areas of work:
- Conduct research and identify relevant candidates (“search”)
- Proactively contact and engage relevant candidates
- Have close dialogue with clients and candidates, including planning and coordinating meetings and interviews
- Conduct market research and analysis of companies, industries and roles
- Participate in interviews and contribute to the assessment of candidates
- Participate in client meetings and present candidates in collaboration with the assignment team
- Ensure good information flow and structured documentation throughout the process
- Assist in quality assurance and preparation of presentations, reports and other visual materials

We are looking for you who complete your master's degree in spring 2026, or who have a few years of relevant work experience. If you also have an interest in or experience in the financial or consulting industry, it is particularly relevant to us. However, we are open to different backgrounds. If you have operational experience that you would like to use in a recruitment context, we would also like to hear from you.
