Som CFO i Energy Control får du ansvaret for å sikre økonomisk kontroll, utvikle og bygge økonomifunksjonen i selskapet og bygge videre innsikt i et selskap som kombinerer teknologi, bærekraft og vekst. Som CFO vil man være tett på driften og involvert i alt fra likviditetsstyring, rapportering til å jobbe med strategi og vekst for selskapet.
Du blir en viktig sparringspartner for CEO og får et sentralt ansvar i den daglige ledelsen og driften av selskapet. Rollen vil balansere det operative og strategiske, og skal bygge økonomifunksjonen fra et allerede solid utgangspunkt. Energy Controll er et vellykket start-up, med lønnsom drift, sterke eiere og ambisiøse vekstplaner.
Ansvarsområder
- Overordnet ansvar for økonomi- og finansfunksjonen i Energy Control
- Sikre kvalitet i regnskap, rapportering, likviditets- og budsjettarbeid
- Etablere gode rutiner for KPI-styring, prognoser og månedsrapportering
- Strategisk sparringspartner for CEO i produkt- og lønnsomhetsanalyser
- Støtte CEO i den daglige driften av selskapet, sikre struktur, fremdrift og være en kulturbygger internt
- Bidra aktivt i konsernrapportering samt samarbeid med Noova Holding og styret
- Videreutvikle økonomifunksjonen og bidra i integrasjonen mot Noovas systemer
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner og egenskaper
- Høyere økonomisk utdanning, gjerne på masternivå
- Minimum 5 års relevant erfaring, gjerne fra revisjonshus, konsulentmiljø og operative økonomileder-roller
- Erfaring med budsjettering, prognoser og likviditetsstyring
- Solid regnskaps- og controllerforståelse kombinert med forretningssans
- Systemforståelse og interesse for teknologi og digitalisering
- Trives i et miljø preget av vekst, entreprenørskap og samarbeid

Energy Control ble etablert i 2014 med et tydelig mål: Å gjøre det mulig og lønnsomt å digitalisere også de små og mellomstore byggene.
Gjennom årene har Energy Control vokst i takt med både utfordringene og mulighetene. I dag tar vi ikke bare ansvar for mindre bygg. Vi tar også på oss noen av landets største prosjekter, fra hoteller og kjøpesentre til store næringsbygg. Vi kombinerer teknologisk innovasjon, datainnsikt og byggkompetanse for å skape målbare resultater: lavere energibruk, bedre inneklima og økt lønnsomhet.
I oktober 2025 ble Energy Control kjøpt av Noova Energy Systems som er et viktig steg i vår videre vekstreise. Vi fortsetter som eget selskap og merkevare, samtidig som vi nå får tilgang på Noova-konsernets ressurser og synergier. Dette betyr at vi kan skalere raskere, nå enda flere bygg og markeder og løfte teknologitilbudet vårt ytterligere.
