On behalf of a leading Norwegian commercial real estate advisory company, we are looking for a strategic, business-oriented and dynamic manager for the rental department.
As the head of the rental department, you will play a key role in strengthening the company's position as one of the market's preferred advisors in the field of commercial property rental in Norway. The position is part of the company's management team, and there is the possibility of partnership for the right person.
Our client has a strong position in the market and offers a full range of services in commercial real estate, including transaction advisory, valuation, analysis, tenant advisory, project development and investment.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the rental department, including performance responsibility, strategy, team development and market positioning.
- Set budget and profit targets, and be responsible for ensuring that the department achieves these.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and marketing
- Provide attractive and good solutions for our customers
- Establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Lead, inspire and further develop a team of skilled rental brokers
- Key member of the company's management team and active contributor across the service areas of the company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the real estate industry, with documented results
- Commercial and business oriented with strong execution ability.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and drive a team towards common goals.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Good oral and written presentation skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Large network and with good reputation in the industry
- Creative, proactive and solution-oriented
